Three Junkyard flunkies discover the worth of a computerized car crushing truck and devise a plan “that cannot fail”, to steal the computer with or without the truck. If anything could go wrong, it does go wrong. They kidnap the girl responsible for the computer logic. When the ransom plot fails, the complexity of the situation worsens especially when they steal a U.S. Army tank to pursue their plan that cannot fail. In the process, idiocy prevails. They demolish everything in their way as well as take down half the town. Whatever “Dumb” means. It couldn’t be any dummer than Dummer. It’s sheer entertainment. Could well have been the forerunner for Hollywood’s Dumb and Dumber.
